I approach a property as a landowner, outdoorsman, land agent, and trained permaculture designer. That means looking beyond a single improvement and paying attention to how access, water, terrain, vegetation, wildlife, agriculture, buildings, recreation, and future value interact.
The recommendations are practical and conceptual. When a decision requires a surveyor, engineer, contractor, attorney, environmental professional, or another specialist, the goal is to help you know what question to take to them and why.
