I’ve built my career helping people buy and sell farms, ranches, recreational properties, development tracts, commercial land, and larger acreage. But my connection to land goes beyond the transaction.
I’m a landowner, outdoorsman, and trained permaculture designer. I think about access, water, soil, wildlife, improvements, long-term use, and how a property actually works for the people who own it.
I don’t just see acreage. I see possibilities and the decisions that shape them.

I help buyers evaluate land, compare opportunities, structure offers, and navigate complex purchases, from homesites and hunting properties to larger ranches and commercial land.
