The right plan has to fit both the land and the landowner.
Tell me about your land โ and what you want it to become.
Every property is different, and so is every landowner. Before an on-site consultation or a more detailed Ranch Vision Plan, I want to understand how you use the land today, what you want it to become, and the abilities, resources, and limitations that may shape those decisions.
This questionnaire gives me the background I need to look at the property through your eyes before we start looking at water, access, habitat, improvements, recreation, agriculture, or long-term planning.
There are no perfect answers. The goal is simply to understand your property, your priorities, and the life you want the land to support.
Tell me about the property
How you use it today, what is already there, and what you are considering.
Tell me where you want to go
Your goals, priorities, projects, and what you hope the property looks like years from now.
We build the vision from there
Your answers help guide the property walk, recommendations, aerial review, and eventual Ranch Vision plan.
This is not a test, and you do not need to have everything figured out.
You may already have a detailed list of projects, or you may simply know that the property could work better. Either is fine. Part of Ranch Vision is helping sort through the possibilities and decide what actually makes sense.
Plan on about 10โ15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
What happens after you submit it?
Iโll review your answers before our next conversation or property visit so we can spend our time talking about the things that matter most to you rather than starting from scratch.
Iโll review your answers and determine the appropriate next step for a Ranch Vision Consultation or full Ranch Vision Plan.
Ranch Vision consulting is separate from real estate brokerage services unless specifically stated otherwise.
